APPROACHING COAST OF BELIZE

Summary of 1100 Am EDT, Information

About 60 miles east of Monkey River Town Belize

Maximum sustained winds of 35 MPH

Present movement is West North West at 13 MPH

Minimum central pressure is 1008 MB.

WATCHES AND WARNINGS

There are no coastal watches or warnings in effect

Individuals in Belize, Guatemala and eastern Mexico should monitor the progress of this system.

DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK

At 1100 AM EDT the center of Tropical Depression 2 was near 16.2 N – 87.6 W moving toward the west north west near 13 MPH. This TD is expected to move inland over southern Belize this afternoon.

From the Florida Disaster Relief Team:

This tract is expected to continue therefore, Tropical Depression 2 is not expected to impact the United States.

This advisory is posted in order to keep you informed of tropical weather. Please continue to pray for those who are even now being impacted be this tropical depression.
